Paterson University on March 28

Dr. Christos M. Cotsakos, who served
as chairman of the board and chief executive officer for E*TRADE
Group, Inc from 1996 to 2003, will speak as part of the Distinguished
Lecturer Series at William Paterson University on March 28. His
lecture is titled "Changing the Rules of Engagement."

Dr. Cotsakos is credited for initiating a global diversification
strategy at E*TRADE, and broadening the company's financial products
and services portfolio to include investing, banking, lending, planning
and advice.
Prior to E*TRADE, Dr. Cotsakos served as global co-chief executive
officer, president, chief operating officer, and board member at
A.C. Nielsen. Dr. Cotsakos also spent 18 years with the Federal
Express
Corporation, where he held a number of senior executive positions.
Dr. Cotsakos currently serves on the board of directors of FOX Entertainment
Group. He also acts as co-chair for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial
Fund, vice-chairman for the Kennedy Center Corporate Fund and is
a member of the New York Stock Exchange's Listed Company Advisory
Committee.
A decorated Vietnam veteran, Dr. Cotsakos enlisted in the U.S. Army
in 1967 and was honorably discharged from active duty in 1970.
Dr. Cotsakos received a B.A. in communication from William Paterson
University, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and a Ph.D in
economics from the University of London. He is an international
best-selling author and has received numerous industry and academic
awards.
