WILLIAM PATERSON UNIVERSITY TO PRESENT "LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD AND OTHER STORIES

"Little Red Riding Hood and Other Stories," a delightful collection of singalongs for the young and the young at heart, will be staged on October 18 at William Paterson University in Wayne. Presented by The Pushcart Players, an award-winning professional theatre and arts-in-education company, the show will be held in the Shea Center for Performing Arts at 2 p.m.

The performance, a fully-mounted, costumed and orchestrated production, features an assortment of stories including, "Little Red Riding Hood," "The Emperor’s New Clothes," "The Princess and the Pea" and Han Christian Anderson’s "All’s Well That Ends Well." A question and answer discussion with the cast will follow the show. The performance is appropriate for pre-kindergarten through fifth grade students.

The Pushcart Players offer the finest artists and arts educators available in the field, bringing the best of theatre arts to young viewers in schools and local theatres.
