William Paterson University Homecoming Set for October 2
— Pioneer Football Team to Play Kean University at 2:30 p.m.

William Paterson University in Wayne will celebrate Homecoming on Saturday, October 2. Alumni and members of the local community are invited to participate in a variety of events hosted by the William Paterson University Alumni Association.

Fallfest 2004 will be held in Lot 2 adjacent to Wightman Field. The event, featuring live entertainment, food, pumpkin painting and games, will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free. The event is co-sponsored by the Alumni Association, the Department of Athletics and the Dean of Students.

The Pioneer Football Team squares off against Kean University at 2:30 p.m. on Wightman Field. Admission is $7, $5 for alumni, $4 for visiting students, children and senior citizens, and free for William Paterson students with ID. The Pioneer Field Hockey Team plays Wilkes University at 11 a.m. in Wightman Stadium and the Women’s Soccer Team plays Rowan University at 1 p.m. on Wightman Field. Other events include the Student Alumni Council’s 10-Year Bash at 5 p.m. at the Allan and Michele Gorab Alumni House.
