William Paterson University to Present Alexander Who is Not, Not, Not, Not Going to Move on March 30
"Alexander Who is Not, Not, Not, Not Going to Move,” a children’s favorite, will be staged on Sunday, March 30 at 2 p.m. in Shea Center for Performing Arts at William Paterson University in Wayne. Come early for fun pre-show activities included with the admission beginning at 1:15 p.m.
The performance is appropriate for pre-kindergarten through fifth grade children. In-school performances will also be held on Monday, March 31 and Tuesday, April 1 at 10 a.m.
Alexander, the feisty and loveable star of Judith Viorst’s popular children’s books, has a dilemma: his father is starting a new job in a city “a thousand miles away.” So while everyone else is packing, Alexander has decided to stay right where he is. In the end Alexander and audiences learn that home is where your family is.
The show is presented by Surflight Theatre, a non-profit professional theatre group that provides regional theatre and educational programs.
All tickets are $9. For directions or to purchase tickets, please call the Shea Center Box Office at 973.720.2371.
