WILLIAM PATERSON UNIVERSITY’S CENTER FOR CLOSLEY HELD BUSINESS PRESENTS BREAKFAST PROGRAM ON MAINTAINING ONLINE PRESENCE ON JUNE 26
—Judy Balint, President and COO of MOLI.com, to Speak
Updating a Web presence when expanding, planning or launching a closely held or family business, is the topic of a lecture which will outline strategies on how to create, design, customize, and update a Web presence to be held at William Paterson University in Wayne, on Thursday, June 26. The event is conducted by the University’s Center for Closely Held Business.
The seminar, “When Customers Search Online—Will They Find You?” features Judy Balint, president and COO of MOLI.com, a social networking site. Topics under discussion include how promoting a brand online and getting more exposure in the major search engines can help a business grow. The program will be held in the University’s building at 1600 Valley Road from 7:30 to 10 a.m. The cost is $40 per person. The registration fee includes breakfast. For an additional $30, participants earn 0.2 CEUs or a two professional development hours certificate. The program is geared to the privately owned business sector.
Balint will also show ways in which MOLI.com can help build businesses online by developing retail sites, displaying products, promoting and publicizing services, showcasing special offers, or even creating a unique URL. Tracking customers will also be examined, including gathering information on who is purchasing goods, what they are buying, and at what time of day.
MOLI is a next generation social networking site where members can manage multiple profiles in one account. Members can separate their social, business, and family relationships while maintaining their privacy. Targeted at both enterprising individuals and small business owners, MOLI provides an easy-to-use, content-rich, multimedia interactive platform ideal for both community collaboration and e-commerce.
